Refund policy

At CozifyDécor, our goal is to help you find the perfect home décor items to bring your vision to life. We understand that sometimes, an item may not be what you expected once it's in your space. Our return policy is designed with this understanding in mind, ensuring a straightforward and satisfying experience.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.

Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. We cannot accept returns on used, damaged, or altered items.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@cozifydecor.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition and process your refund or exchange as per your request.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please Note that shipping fees(if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please follow the return process to return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and health standards. These include but are not limited to custom-made items, sale items, gift cards and items marked as "Final Sale."

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
