How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may take an additional 1-5 days for processing, depending on the complexity of the item.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Standard delivery times range from 7-15 days, depending on your location and the origin of the shipped product. If the item is shipped from the same country as your delivery address, it usually arrives within 7-8 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours after shipping.
Why have I received only part of my order?
If you ordered multiple items, they might be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure quicker delivery. Therefore, you may receive some items before others.
Are there any shipping charges, and how are they calculated?
Shipping charges are based on the product's weight and your delivery location. These charges are calculated at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Can I exchange an item I purchased?
To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you want as an exchange.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or if I received the wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties on my order?
International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges.
What is CozifyDecor’s refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for more details here.
What should I do if I want to return an item?
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@cozifydecor.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made products, sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale".
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
What if I haven’t received my refund after 15 business days?
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@cozifydecor.com.
